This site collects as little as it can. There is no analytics, no tracking and nothing stored in your browser.

Who is responsible. The editors of mapneea.org · editors@mapneea.org

Form data. If you write to us through the contact page, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you type, and the fact that you ticked the consent box.

Basis and purpose. We use that data only to read and answer your message, and to check a correction against published sources. The basis is your consent, given by sending the form, and our legitimate interest in keeping the guide accurate.

Retention. Correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for the correction record, and then deleted. You may ask us to delete yours sooner.

Server logs. Our host records ordinary request data, including IP address, time and page requested, for security and operation. These logs are short-lived and we do not build profiles from them.

What we do not do. There is no analytics package, no tracking pixel, no advertising tag and no third-party cookie on this site. Nothing is written to local storage or any other store in your browser. The single script on the site opens and closes the menu.

Hosting and processors. The site is served by a hosting provider acting as our processor under a written agreement. Email reaches us through an ordinary mail provider.

International transfer. Where a processor operates outside your country, transfers rest on the standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Your rights. You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to editors@mapneea.org.

Complaints. You may complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
