These terms cover the use of mapneea.org. Read them before you rely on anything published here.

The service. mapneea.org is an editorial guide to eighteen hotels and resorts. It is published for reading. It is not a travel agency, not a booking service and not an intermediary of any kind.

What the descriptions are. Every description is our own wording of published material about a building. It is not a technical statement about how any building is operated, maintained or serviced, and it must not be used as one.

Currency. Information is offered without any warranty that it is current. Buildings are altered, operators change and names change. We publish no opening hours, no timetables and no seasonal schedules.

Not advice. Nothing here is advice to buy, book or travel. Decisions you take after reading this site are your own.

External links. Where we link outside this site, we do not control the linked material and take no responsibility for it.

Copyright. The text and the arrangement of this site belong to its editors. Photographs remain with their rights holders. Do not republish without permission.

Corrections. Tell us about an error through the contact page and we will check it against published sources. Any hotel described here may send a correction, and we charge nothing to publish one.

Liability. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on anything in it.

Changes. These terms may be revised. The version on the site is the version that applies.

Casino Hotels. The Casino Hotels section describes four Canadian resorts as buildings only. No gaming activity is described, promoted or assessed, and nothing on this site links to gambling services. Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
